Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Cebu, Philippines


Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and provide technical support for building electrical and auxiliary systems (FDAS, CCTV, PA/BGM, CATV, voice & data, etc.).
  • Interpret electrical drawings, perform quantity take-off, prepare material schedules, and submit required project documentation.
  • Supervise and control quality, safety, progress, and cost of electrical works on site in compliance with design and standards.
  • Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Participate in inspections, testing, handover, and project acceptance.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and propose practical solutions and optimizations.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering or related field, PRC-licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
  • Experience in building electrical and auxiliary systems construction management; familiar with local codes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer use and software such as CAD, WPS, PlanSwift.
  • Holds Electrical Engineer license; possession of Safety Officer certificate (SO2/SO3) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to interface with client, consultants, and contractors.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
