Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review Electrical & Auxiliary Design to make sure they meet standards and project needs
  • Coordinate RFI/RFA issued by Construction Team to Design consultant
  • Assist Internal & External Stakeholders with Technical review & feedback as requested (submitted proposals & billing)
  • Assist compliance team during Electrical provider application if needed
  • Assist during application for internet provider if needed
  • Assist CM team during testing & commissioning as witness (if required)
  • Attend Design & Construction meeting to address electrical & auxiliary issues
  • And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer
  • With 3-5 years experience in construction or real estate developer
  • Familiar with AutoCad and MS Office
