Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The main purpose of this role is to execute Google, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora in-platform solutions ad campaigns for our client's e-commerce stores to drive quality traffic and conversion & report results on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job Description: 

Communicates with clients and the Client Success Manager on onboarding, implementation, and reporting.Leads the formulation of performance marketing strategies, recommendations on budget splits, channels to activate, and ad performance projections, along with managing daily and monthly budgets to meet clients' objectives.Develops KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies implemented and aligned with the stores' goals and objectives, monitor progress against KPIs, produce insights, analyze data, identify improvement areas, and gather market information to achieve objectives.Collaborates with other teams internally and externally to deliver clients' requirements.Executes ad campaigns, analyzes data, and provides weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations on improving and optimizing performance.Develops insights and best practices and adjusts strategies to optimize performance based on insights.Develops relationships and collaborate with partners such as marketplace marketing solutions, Facebook, and Google.Coordinates with marketplaces and clients to ensure alignment on brands' digital marketing business plan commitments and expectations on brands are met.Setup of FB Business Manager accounts, integration of FB Marketplace CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Analytics, and Brand Keyword Ads.Creation and Installation of UTM Tags.Continuously find ways to improve processes, knowledge, and specialization in the various ad platforms.Other related responsibilities, ad-hoc projects, and tasks related to the business needs.

Your Profile:

After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies, and/or in start-ups. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive, as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.

Key Qualifications

3 years + working experience as a performance marketing specialist in an advertising agency or an e-commerce enabler.Highly proficient in hands-on campaign management experience in digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads & Analytics, TikTok, and in-platform solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.Proactive and problem-solving attitude.Client-facing abilities.Analytical and data-driven mindset.High interpersonal skills with problem-solving and can-do attitude.
