The Sales Clerk serves as a frontline representative of the company, directly engaging with customers on the sales floor. It is essential that they possess strong product knowledge and are thoroughly trained in customer service and sales techniques before interacting with shoppers. Sales Clerks play a key role in meeting and exceeding customer expectations by consistently applying the company's customer service standards, ultimately contributing to the achievement of both individual and store sales targets.

  • Strives to meet and exceed individual daily sales goals.
  • Delivers prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all customers.
  • Replenishes merchandise on display to maintain a well-stocked selling area.
  • Ensures the selling area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Helps implement visual merchandising guidelines and policies.
  • Reports fast-moving and slow-moving items to the Branch Supervisor.
  • Protects merchandise against both external and internal theft.
  • Participates in physical inventory counts during price adjustments.
  • Informs the Branch Supervisor, Assistant Branch Supervisor, or Inventory Assistant of basic items that need reordering.
  • Reconciles individual sales with POS records daily.
  • Demonstrates proper work ethics that serve as an example for promo personnel.
  • Serves as a reliever for the store guard when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Atleast 2nd year college level or graduate of Senior High School.
  • Atleast 6 months experience in retail or in customer service.
  • Inclined in Sports is an advantage.
  • Must possess a customer relation skill.
  • Willing to work mall hours operation
