Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and tech-savvy individuals to join our Gaming Account team. As a Gaming Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns through email, chat, and text messaging. You will assist players with game-related issues, account concerns, technical troubleshooting, and billing questions while maintaining a fun and engaging player experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to gaming-related concerns (technical, account, or payment issues).
  • Identify, document, and escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging tone that reflects the gaming culture and brand personality.
  • Follow communication guidelines and quality standards to ensure an excellent player experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • College graduate or completed at least 2 years in college (72 units).
  • No BPO experience required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • For experienced applicants: at least 6 months of customer-facing or BPO experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with online gaming platforms or applications.
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules.
