Salary: P350-P450/ hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (between 07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

  • Mid to senior-level experience in fencing, landscaping, and general construction estimation.
  • Demonstrated experience in partition ceiling, facade, and external cladding projects.
  • Proficiency in Cubit software and preparation of shop drawings.
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for structured cost modelling.
  • Background in project management and ability to coordinate multiple scopes simultaneously.

What will you do?

  • Review project plans and specifications for fencing, landscaping, partition ceilings, facades, and external cladding works.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets.
  • Produce Cubit estimates and high-quality shop drawings as required.
  • Maintain detailed records of assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and pricing breakdowns.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations to support competitive pricing.
  • Contribute to project planning and design coordination, with an approximate workload split of 80% estimating and 20% design.
