To know more about of the company, you may visit the company website at Rivermade One Person Corporation Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites. Supervise and monitor site workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ensure that construction is carried out according to the design, specifications, and safety standards. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers and employees to ensure the timely completion of the project. Monitor project progress and identify any delays or issues, proposing solutions. Maintain and update daily progress reports, logs, and other project documentation. Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities are performed according to the approved designs and technical specifications. Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of materials used, and work completed meets industry standards. Identify and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies during construction. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors to discuss project status, concerns, and updates. Maintain accurate records of all site activities and report to senior management regularly. Problem Solving: Address any on-site issues or conflicts, collaborating with other team members to resolve them quickly. Proactively identify risks, potential delays, and provide solutions to prevent or mitigate them. Qualifications Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, non-licensed is also encouraged to apply. At least 5-10 years experience in Civil construction projects (Infrastructure buildings, Waterworks, Roads, and/or Fences) are an advantage. Able to prepare cost estimates and schedules. Able to prepare basic CAD drawings, sketches, shop drawings and as-built plans. Willing to be assigned to project sites and capable of site supervision.
