What is your mission?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of glazing and façade system projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate shop drawings, preparing fabrication documents, and ensuring all hardware and glass submittals align with project requirements. You'll work closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure high-quality, timely submittals and fabrication readiness.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Create and review precise shop drawings using Kawneer's PartnerPak or similar software

  • Prepare fabrication documents compatible with Rhino fabrication machines

  • Develop detailed hardware and glass submittals according to project specs

  • Collaborate with project managers and vendors to clarify specs and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain organized records of submittals and revisions in a project management system

  • Ensure all documentation meets high standards of quality and timeliness

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in glazing, façade systems, or construction project engineering

  • Proficiency in Kawneer PartnerPak or equivalent glazing software

  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar drafting tools

  • Experience with Rhino fabrication processes is a plus

  • Familiarity with Kawneer storefront and curtain wall systems

  • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
