Job description

As a Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the request and compilation of site reports and status updates related to solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of solar PV system operation, installation, maintenance, and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage three solar installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect installations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the installation teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.

Coordination: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and technical specifications.

Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on solar installation projects.

· Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong understanding of solar power systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

· Willingness to travel between project sites.

Preferred Skills:

· Licensed Electrical Engineer or equivalent certification.

· Experience with residential and commercial or industrial solar installation projects.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
