Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Must hold a valid PRC license
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction supervision or project management
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and CAD applications
  • Familiar with local construction regulations, DOLE safety standards, and permitting requirements
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously
  • Experience in a fit-out company is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the project team on-site, including engineers, foremen, and workers
  • Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation in collaboration with management
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Oversee daily site activities and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage procurement, delivery, and efficient use of project materials
  • Conduct site inspections and facilitate regular progress meetings
  • Prepare and submit progress updates, accomplishment reports, and billing documentation
  • Track project expenses and assist in budget monitoring and control
  • Ensure all permits, legal requirements, and industry regulations are met
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including change orders and punch lists
  • Support project close-out processes and smooth client turnover
