HR Nurse

Job Title: HR Nurse (Company Nurse)

Location: Balagtas, Bulacan

Job Summary:

The HR Nurse is responsible for providing medical assistance, promoting employee health and safety, and supporting HR administrative functions. This role ensures the well-being of employees through proper health monitoring, documentation, and compliance with occupational health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees when needed.
• Monitor and maintain employee health records and medicine inventory.
• Assist in government compliance, including annual physical exams and DOLE health-related reports.
• Coordinate and process employee medical requirements such as fit-to-work assessments and medical clearances.
• Support HR in handling SSS, PhilHealth, and Employees' Compensation (EC) claims related to medical cases.
• Promote workplace health, hygiene, and safety awareness programs.
• Assist in HR administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably with BOSH Training for Nurses (but not required).
• Experience in occupational health or as a company nurse is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willing to work on-site at Balagtas, Bulacan.
• Can start immediately.
