The
Fund Accounting Staff
is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of all daily fund accounting activities. This role involves executing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all aspects of the daily process of net asset value (NAV) are accurately and completely cleared, settled, reconciled, recorded, and reported within prescribed standards and timelines.
  • Execute daily accounting tasks for Mutual Funds and Investment Management Accounts (IMA) with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit-related activities.
  • Assist the Fund Accounting Officer in upholding data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fund accounting.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Thorough understanding of investment fund structures, financial instruments, and accounting principles.
  • Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements governing investment funds, such as those from the SEC or BSP.
  • Familiarity with Fund Accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
