What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Reconciling payroll accounts and generating detailed reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting tasks as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
  • Collaborating with the broader finance team to identify process improvements and implement best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a payroll or finance role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, including government agencies remittances, contribution and loan process
  • Proficient in using payroll and accounting software, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • College degree in Accounting or similar courses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
