Key Responsibilities

  • Record and post accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately
  • Manage customer accounts by linking and clearing entries to ensure up-to-date records
  • Review and verify trade returns
  • Prepare and print weekly statements of account for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in a variety of other accounting and finance-related transactions as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
  • Basic knowledge and practical experience with ERP or accounting systems
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferably with prior work experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues
