About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Mortgage), you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time position is based in our Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila office. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling all customer inquiries and requests related to our mortgage products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide courteous and efficient customer service to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Respond to customer inquiries about mortgage applications, approval status, and account information
  3. Assist customers with completing and submitting mortgage-related documents
  4. Provide guidance and information to customers on the mortgage process and product options
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
  7. Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or mortgage-related role, preferred
  6. Knowledge of the mortgage industry and relevant regulations, an advantage
  7. Minimum of 1 year US Mortgage experience required
