About the Role
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Content Developer to craft compelling content that elevates our brand and supports our sales and marketing transformation. You'll bring our services to life through inspiring, informative messaging that moves people to action—across campaigns, training, digital platforms, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write original content for sales and training materials, email campaigns, social media, thought leadership, client testimonials, and event messaging.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and polished brand voice across all written content.
- Proofreading & Editing: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and error-free writing in every piece.
- SEO Integration: Use SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Project Management: Handle multiple content projects at once—meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and feedback to refine content strategies over time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing content writing
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing trends
- Familiarity with A/B testing, UX writing, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
Working Hours
You must be available to work during Central Time Zone hours, regardless of location.
