What is your mission?

The B2B Content Marketing Lead executes strategies for content marketing and lead generation, ensuring all content meets high editorial standards and supports business objectives. This role acts as an editorial gatekeeper and a key execution partner, working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute content strategies for marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Create as well as review and edit content, visual assets, lead magnets, and EDMs for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines, editorial feedback, and business goals.
  • Create or repurpose content for lead generation, EDMs, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives across digital channels.
  • Enforce editorial and brand standards to ensure consistency and quality in all published materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify briefs, implement feedback, and ensure deliverables align with business goals.
  • Manage the publication and execution of content and lead generation initiatives, including uploading, scheduling, and coordinating B2B content marketing campaigns and other assets or releases across digital platforms.
  • Track and report metrics for B2B marketing content, including lead generation performance, flagging opportunities for optimization.
  • Apply SEO, UX, AI search, and content marketing best practices to optimize materials for digital performance.
  • Maintain and update content assets (including EDM templates and nurture flows) to keep them relevant, current, and effective for ongoing and future campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in B2B content or digital marketing, with a strong track record in producing and managing high-quality content for lead generation, thought leadership, and campaign execution
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of brand voice, editorial standards, and attention to detail across multiple content types.
  • Experience developing and managing lead magnets, EDMs, and content marketing campaigns within a B2B or enterprise environment
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), and AI-assisted content tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO, UX, and AI search optimization for digital content
  • Ability to interpret lead generation and campaign performance metrics to inform optimization.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and content pipelines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, marketing, and business stakeholders
  • High sense of initiative and accountability, with the ability to take ownership of execution while aligning with strategic direction.
