Job overview

Senior IT oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. The role involves managing physical server, cloud services, providing IT support, enhancing IT systems. Ensuring that the organization have a reliable technology and assistance needed by every roles.

Responsibilities

• Work as the primary IT contact ensuring all IT Software and Hardware are in excellent working condition
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services (Google, Microsoft)
• Recommend improvements for the organization's IT systems
• Implement enhancements or modifications to IT tools and processes
• Provide IT support to offices
• Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network, and services
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding IT processes
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies
• Provide training and orientation on new and modified systems
• Engage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing efforts and recommend optimizations for improved processes
• Support in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management

Requirements and skills

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support/administration
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IT software and hardware
• Proficient with Windows and MacOS
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with cloud or in-house services/systems administration
• Programming experience is a plus
