Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, with the ability to lead architectural decisions, drive innovation, and ensure system resilience. The ideal candidate is experienced in agile methodologies, fosters best practices, and can mentor junior developers while delivering secure, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications using microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
  • Build front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies; implement APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Configure and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure; apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance through caching, load balancing, and related techniques.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (architecture diagrams, runbooks, capacity plans, deployment guides).
  • Provide training, demonstrations, and technical support to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead architectural decisions, define coding standards, and drive technical discussions to solve complex problems.
  • Deliver Level 2 production support, analyzing and resolving incident tickets.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of full stack development experience with a strong background in architecture and design.
  • Proven success delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, , Angular) and back-end development ).
  • Expertise in Azure cloud services, including Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with API development (authentication, authorization, API Gateway) and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing, version control (Git/Azure Repos), infrastructure automation (Terraform, YAML pipelines).
  • Skilled in SQL, data modeling, and analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Experience managing containerized applications with Docker and Azure Container Registry.
  • Familiarity with Dapr building blocks for microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and driving service improvements.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php160,000.00 per month
