What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed) or any related technical field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience (4+ years) are also welcome.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role—you know how to turn complex ideas into clear solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and technical writing skills—bonus points if you've written proposals or developed scopes of work before.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—you're comfortable speaking up and leading conversations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel—you can turn data into stories that influence decisions.
  • A customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach to delivering value.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, stay organized under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A natural problem-solver with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Able to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Bonus if you have a background in logistics or supply chain.
  • Must be based in Metro Manila and willing to report to our head office in Libis, Quezon City.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct market surveys to stay ahead of industry trends, shifting customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the bid process for RFQs and RFPs, ensuring timely and complete responses aligned with terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather input, assign tasks, and meet proposal deadlines.
  • Calculate labor and cost estimates, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to seek special pricing approvals when needed.
  • Partner with commercial leads to prioritize proposals, especially during high-demand periods.
  • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable, innovative solutions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance processes, workflows, and proposal outcomes.
  • Continuously build your skills and industry knowledge to become a key contributor in both internal discussions and customer-facing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
