Job Overview:

The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is primarily responsible for driving organizational effectiveness by supporting company performance management, job design, and related initiatives. This role requires strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employee scorecards are updated.
  • Achieve a 98% accuracy rate in reflecting employee performance against set goals in scorecards.
  • Review and update existing job descriptions to include all relevant responsibilities and requirements by the end of the year.
  • Obtain approvals for updated job descriptions within 10 days of submission.
  • Develop new job descriptions within 5 business days of receiving a request.
  • Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate among department heads and hiring managers regarding the quality and clarity of new job descriptions.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring that 95% of appraisals are completed on time.
  • Support the goal-setting process, ensuring that 95% of employees have submitted their goal-setting forms.
  • Contribute to process improvement by redesigning and automating the appraisal process.
  • Provide 100% assistance and adherence to the calendar of activities and events as needed.
  • Support other HR and OD projects and initiatives as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR or OD role preferably, with a focus on performance management and job design.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
