Role Description

We are looking for a 
Senior Area Sales Director
 who will play a key role in driving Arthaland's continued growth and leadership in sustainable real estate. This is a 
full-time hybrid role
 based in 
Taguig
, with some flexibility for remote work.

The Senior Area Sales Director will 
lead and inspire a dynamic sales team
, oversee the execution of 
strategic sales initiatives
, and ensure 
exceptional client engagement and service delivery
. This role goes beyond hitting numbers — it's about 
elevating standards, building meaningful relationships
, and embodying Arthaland's vision of 
creating real estate that makes a difference
.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in 
    Sales and Sales Operations
    , with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Demonstrated 
    leadership experience
     in managing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing sales teams
  • Solid experience in 
    Customer Relationship Management
     and 
    Client Retention
  • Proven expertise in Business Development
     and 
    Strategic Planning
     to drive sustainable growth
  • Excellent 
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
     while thriving in a 
    collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management
    , or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Real estate industry experience
     or exposure to luxury and sustainable developments is a strong plus
