Sales Team Leader

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving team performance to meet individual and group revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and manage KPIs to achieve revenue goals
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular coaching
- Address underperformance with action plans; recommend terminations if necessary
- Recognize top performers and foster a motivated, results-oriented team
- Oversee lead generation, allocation, and CRM accuracy
- Provide performance feedback and suggest system improvements
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to disciplinary procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd-year college level
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an outbound sales team leader
- Background in outbound sales; energy industry experience is a plus
Skills:
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Cold calling and lead generation expertise
- Goal-driven, highly motivated, and organized
- Excellent communication and time management
- High attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience with Australian clients preferred
- Proven stability through long tenure in previous roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php37, Php40,000.00 per month
