WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the travel or booking industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and performance coaching
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to review and approve client documents (quotations, SOAs)
  • Proficient in analyzing sales reports, handling escalations, and implementing improvement strategies
  • Strong understanding of travel products, services, and customer service standards
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and promote a positive, high-performing team culture

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support the booking team to meet sales targets
  • Train and guide team members to improve performance
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure resolution
  • Review and approve quotations and statements of accounts
  • Conduct team meetings and share best practices
  • Monitor sales reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of travel products and services
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
  • Address team issues and report updates to management
