Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in earthworks and embankment construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring design and quality standards are met, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver work on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage earthwork and embankment construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction with a focus on earthworks and embankment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, compaction methods, and material testing.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
