The key objectives of this role are:
  • To support and backup the marketing team as requested.
  • To communicate and assist with requests from other departments.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the kind of person who:

Design & Assets
  • Create and edit simple graphics using Canva or Adobe (social posts, flyers, banners) requested from the marketing team.
  • Communicating with department leaders and putting together the Tradeline Monthly Internal Newsletter.
Digital Marketing Support
  • Update website content (basic edits, uploading & updating product photos, descriptions etc.)
  • Uploading blog posts.
Campaign & Promotion Support
  • Help prepare marketing campaigns and promotions & communicating with the Tradeline team details around these.
Data, Reporting & Admin
  • Update customer lists in CRM/email platforms.
  • Report and compile marketing reports.
  • Track stock and help with organising of promo items.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing activities and reporting.
RequirementsWhat You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:
  • Design skills from scratch (highly advantageous)
  • Adobe and Canva proficiency (not required, other design tools experience acceptable)
  • Odoo for website management (not required)
  • Good communication skills for internal communication
  • Similar market and business exposure (advantageous but not required)
  • Experience with online stores/ecommerce platforms
  • Market research experience (beneficial, not a must-have)
  • MailChimp (email platform experience, nice-to-have)
