Brand Marketing Associate

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Brand Marketing Associate supports the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role assists in implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating brand activities, creating marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication materials and channels.
  • Support the execution of brand campaigns, product promotions, and events.

2. Content Creation & Marketing Collateral

  • Create, edit, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and suppliers to produce high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Support content planning for social media, website, and digital platforms.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support brand positioning.
  • Prepare reports and insights to help improve branding and campaign effectiveness.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing social media pages, content posting, and engagement monitoring.
  • Support digital campaigns including email marketing, online ads, and SEO initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports.

5. Event Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, activations, product launches, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and documentation for brand-related activities.
  • Assist in on-ground event coverage, photo/video documentation, and post-event reports.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications teams.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, printers, agencies, and media partners.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge in social media management and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask.
