Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our design-led furniture brands, including mid-market and premium collections.

This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate or fresh graduate with strong organisational skills, a good eye for branding, and an interest in marketing within the furniture, design retail industry

You will work closely with the marketing team and coordinate with sales, showroom, and operations teams to ensure consistent and well-executed brand presence across platforms.


Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Coordination
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives for furniture and lifestyle collections
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Showroom, Warehouse) to ensure marketing materials, pricing, and information are accurate and up to date
  • Support marketing timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Content & Digital Marketing
  • Assist in creating content for social media, website updates, newsletters, and marketing collaterals
  • Ensure brand consistency across visuals, captions, and messaging in line with established brand guidelines
  • Support social media posting, basic engagement tracking, and photo documentation of products, installations, and events
Showroom & Visual Marketing
  • Support showroom marketing activities including product launches, displays, signage, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure proper branding and presentation standards
  • Assist in maintaining updated price lists, brochures, and product catalogs
Market Research & Reporting
  • Assist in gathering market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare basic marketing reports and campaign documentation
Administrative & Documentation
  • Maintain organised records of marketing files, supplier contacts, and approvals
  • Assist with purchase requests, quotations, and coordination with suppliers, creatives, and service providers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, retail, furniture, interior design, or luxury brands is an advantage but not required
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Creative eye with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools is a plus
