Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Maintenance

  • Provide troubleshooting and support for PCs, networks, printers, and peripherals at Davao Head Office
  • Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
  • Administers and maintains the phone system for the Davao Head Office, including configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
  • Monitors network performance, identifies bottlenecks, and resolves connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assists in processing new internet and phone service applications as needed, ensuring timely activation and configuration.
  • Assists in billing processes related to internet and phone services, including reviewing invoices, verifying charges, and coordinating with service providers.

Special Projects

  • Participates in the IT Home Ease Project, performing IT tasks to support the IT requirements of unit owners.
  • Supports the Community Internet Project by assisting with the provision and maintenance of internet services for unit owners.

General

  • Documents all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborates with other IT teams to share knowledge and coordinate complex issues.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) in delivering support services.
  • Stays updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
