Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in IT technical support.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided a minimum of 300 hours of on-the-job training (OJT) in IT support has been completed.
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or similar qualification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Maintenance
- Provide troubleshooting and support for PCs, networks, printers, and peripherals at Davao Head Office
- Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Administers and maintains the phone system for the Davao Head Office, including configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Set up, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
- Monitors network performance, identifies bottlenecks, and resolves connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Assists in processing new internet and phone service applications as needed, ensuring timely activation and configuration.
- Assists in billing processes related to internet and phone services, including reviewing invoices, verifying charges, and coordinating with service providers.
Special Projects
- Participates in the IT Home Ease Project, performing IT tasks to support the IT requirements of unit owners.
- Supports the Community Internet Project by assisting with the provision and maintenance of internet services for unit owners.
General
- Documents all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborates with other IT teams to share knowledge and coordinate complex issues.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) in delivering support services.
- Stays updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
