DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR JOB CLASSIFICATION

· Position Title: Digital Marketing Supervisor

· Location: Head Office, Davao City

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

o Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g.,

social media, email, search engines, and websites).

o Align online efforts with overall brand and marketing goals.

  1. Content Development & Social Media Management

o Oversee the creation of engaging digital content (text, image, and video) for campaigns,

promotions, and brand awareness.

o Manage social media calendars and daily postings across multiple platforms.

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Advertising (SEM)

o Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.

o Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and monitor

campaign ROI.

  1. Website & E-Commerce Management

o Maintain and update website content, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and

performance.

o Coordinate with IT or external developers for site enhancements or technical issues.

o Support e-commerce efforts including promotions, product uploads, and order flows.

  1. Analytics and Performance Reporting

o Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, etc.).

o Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  1. Coordination & Campaign Management

o Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support product launches and

promotional campaigns.

o Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and digital partners when needed.

  1. Team Leadership and Supervision

o Supervise junior digital marketing staff or creatives involved in campaign execution.

o Review and approve creative materials before publication.

Qualifications

· Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia

Arts, or related fields

· With 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related areas

· Proficient in digital tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google

Analytics, SEO tools, and CMS (e.g., WordPress)

· With working knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative

Suite) is a plus

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Up to date with current trends and best practices in digital marketing

· Willing to be assigned at the Head Office – Davao City

· Able to work Monday to Friday, and render overtime when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
