Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Senior Systems Engineer, leading enterprise-level infrastructure projects and enabling organizations to modernize, scale, and strengthen their IT environments. You will architect solutions, deliver seamless cloud migrations, modernize Windows/Microsoft ecosystems, and ensure secure, high-performing environments. Work alongside Microsoft and AI specialists to drive high-impact initiatives that support clients progressing through their AI maturity journey-from early exploration to scaled transformation.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting diverse clients and infrastructures
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, deployment, migration, and post-implementation support
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft core services, including Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Azure deployment, migration, configuration, and environment management
• Hands-on experience with Intune deployment, migration, configuration, and device management
• Strong networking skills, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall administration
• Advanced proficiency with FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud networking technologies
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating large-scale infrastructure, cloud, or migration projects
• Solid understanding of backup, replication, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client-communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, or CCNP (preferred but not required)

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents
• Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns
• Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD
• Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
• Manage and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto)
• Review and enhance client infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability
• Assist with documentation, standardization, and process improvement
• Support the technical training and development of junior engineers
