Job Description

As a
Senior Systems Engineer,
you'll lead complex technical projects for enterprise clients-managing cloud migrations, system upgrades, and network transformations. You'll collaborate with global teams to deliver resilient IT environments that align with the latest Microsoft and AI technologies. Expect hands-on involvement in project planning, advanced troubleshooting, and cross-functional mentoring to uphold world-class service standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of
  5 years' experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  supporting multiple clients and infrastructures
• Proven ability to
  plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end
  , from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
• Deep technical expertise in
  Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure administration and configuration
• Strong
  networking knowledge
  , including
  routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall management
• Advanced hands-on skills with
  FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud networking technologies
• Demonstrated experience
  leading or coordinating large-scale infrastructure or migration projects
• Solid understanding of backup, replication, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client-communication skills
• Relevant
  advanced certifications
  such as
  AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, CCNP
  , or equivalent

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents
• Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns
• Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD
• Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
• Manage and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto)
• Review and enhance client infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability
• Assist with documentation, standardization, and process improvement
• Support the technical training and development of junior engineers
