We are a salon and skincare business dedicated to providing exceptional services and high-quality skincare ranges. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us build a strong online presence and support our marketing efforts.

Role Purpose:

To start, you'll focus on creating a rich library of visually appealing and informative social media posts for our salon services, skincare ranges, philosophy, processes, and skin tips. You'll ensure all content is on-brand with our colors and fonts, saving the owner time. In the future, this role has the exciting opportunity to expand into email marketing, e-book creation, and website product management.

Key Responsibilities (Initial Focus):

Content Stockpiling: Create a robust library of Canva-based social media posts related to the business's services, skincare products, philosophy, processes, and general skin tips.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all created posts align perfectly with the established brand colors and fonts.
Visual Content Integration: Utilize provided professional photography effectively within post designs.

Future Responsibilities (Growth Opportunities):
Designing and distributing monthly newsletters.
Creating and formatting "how-to" e-books.
Shopify product inputting and management for the e-commerce website.

Pre-requisites:
Proven experience in social media content creation.
Strong proficiency and experience with Canva (your own Pro account preferred).
High attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Understanding of brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone).
Basic copywriting skills for post captions.

Rate per hour: 10 AUD
Working Hours: Part time, 10 hours per week *flexible shift
Time Zone: Australian Western Standard Time
