Job Description

As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will assist licensed real estate brokers in marketing, promoting, and selling properties within Terraverde Residences and nearby developments. You will play a key role in providing excellent client service, guiding buyers through the property acquisition process, and ensuring transactions comply with the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RESA Law, R.A and all PRC regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and market residential properties under the supervision of a duly licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • Assist clients in viewing, selecting, and purchasing properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Conduct property presentations, open houses, and site trippings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with the broker regarding documentation, contract preparation, and closing requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of property inventory, pricing, and financing options.
  • Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards set by PRC and RESA Law.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Filipino citizen and of good moral character.
  • Must have completed at least two (2) years of college education.
  • Must have accreditation as a Real Estate Salesperson with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) under a duly licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and willing to work in a field-based, client-facing environment.
  • With or without experience (training and supervision will be provided).
  • Preferably residing within or near Carmona, Cavite.

Compensation

  • Commission-Based Program:

Start-up Rate: 3% commission based on the Net Contract Price (NCP) of every successful sale.

  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses may be offered for consistent sales.
