JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Financial Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in admin, corporate accounting, taxation, and BIR filing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate BIR filings, compliance with tax laws, and preparation of government-mandated reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and process transactions efficiently.
  • Analyze financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software for data analysis, reporting, and financial management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide administrative support in a variety of functions of the company.
  • Review, prioritize, direct and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential request that are presented to the executive for considerations.
  • Respond to our routes priority or confidential inquiries from external/internal sources with correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
