Create initial wireframes/draft mockups and collaborate with key stakeholders to finalize the design. Develop UI/UX prototypes, implement responsive design logic, and ensure the UI/UX flow is complete, user-friendly, and technically feasible.

Lead Resource for UI/UX RequirementsUnderstand and interpret client brand guidelines, translating them into UI/UX designs. Establish design guidelines for projects to be shared with developers and creatives. Coordinate with the Product Owner during the creative/design approval process.

Collaborate with the Creative team for mockup creation. Work with the Development Team (Product Owners, Developers) for design inquiries and clarifications. Update the Knowledge Base System with design guidelines and client assets.

Perform front-end QA to ensure design guideline compliance and timely delivery of designs. Design InsightsCollaborate with the accounts team for pitches and new requirements. Analyze data-driven trends and identify key consumer insights to inform technical design strategies.

Stay updated on new design standards and technologies, especially in web and mobile app design. Team CollaborationEmpower teammates (Product Owners, Developers, Creatives) through guidance or workshops on design trends and limitations. Assist in creating and improving deck templates for visual presentations.

Act as a consultant for non-dev, UI/UX requirements. RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience as a front-end developer or UI/UX designer.

Proficient in Adobe XD and Figma; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine solutions.

Strong technical, analytical, and conceptual skills. Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations. Proven track record of following through on commitments.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. History of leading and supporting successful projects.
