We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes through to final visual design and implementation support.

">Responsibilities">
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.">
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.">
  • Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.">
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.">
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.">
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.">
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results.">
  • Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and insights to guide decisions.">
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and tools to continually raise the design quality bar.">
">Requirements">
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.">
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.">
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.">
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).">
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.">
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.">
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.">
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.">
  • Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and capabilities/limitations.">
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG).">
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.">
  • Experience working on SaaS products or in agile development environments.">
