Your Role:

As a UI/UX Developer, you will combine your design capabilities with your technical expertise to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces that thrive on responsiveness. Your proactive mindset and collaboration with stakeholders will help shape our website's user experience, while your strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of Angular will contribute to crafting exceptional user experiences.

Key Accountabilities

General

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, and stakeholders, to understand project goals and user requirements.
• Prioritize user experience by ensuring interactions are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX design and front-end development trends, incorporating best practices into your work.
• Communicate effectively with team members, presenting design concepts and explaining implementation decisions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for website improvements and enhancements to elevate the overall user experience.
• Perform usability testing and analyse user feedback to identify pain points and areas for optimization.
• Optimize website performance and loading speed to deliver a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Ensure total compliance with Company policies, processes, and procedures

Job Specific

• Implement design concepts into functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure website responsiveness and mobile optimization for consistent user experiences across devices.
• Leverage your proficiency in Angular and JavaScript to enhance website functionality and interactivity.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals and user needs.
• Take the lead in translating design concepts into visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
• Conduct thorough testing and critical analysis of the website, identifying pain points and areas for refinement.
• Utilize your secondary skill in Angular to develop complex and interactive web components.
• Provide proactive suggestions for website improvements, demonstrating an innovative approach to UX enhancement.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, interaction design or equivalent experience.
• Proven UI/UX Developer background, emphasizing user-centred design.
• Strong HTML, CSS, Bootstrap skills with responsive design knowledge.
• Angular knowledge; JavaScript expertise a plus.
• Translate design into functional, aesthetic interfaces.
• Proactively suggest enhancements, showing innovative thinking.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Passion for staying updated on UX and front-end trends.
