Salary: PHP 40,000 – 60,000 /month (Based on experience)

They're now looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing finance team in a hybrid setup based in Makati.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of the Finance Team, reporting directly to an Australia-based manager. You will drive the end-to-end accounts receivable and credit control functions to support healthy cash flow. Your key tasks will include:
- Credit Control: Conducting credit assessments for new accounts and managing "held orders" to minimize risk while ensuring timely product dispatch.
- Collections: Managing customer portfolios and directly contacting AU clients to negotiate and establish payment arrangements.
- Portfolio Management: Overseeing the end-to-end AR process, including payment processing via direct debits, credit cards, and EFT.
- Financial Reporting: Contributing to essential Month-End (EOM) and Year-End (EOFY) reporting activities aligned with the Australian financial calendar.
- Collaboration: Partnering with AU-based Business Development Managers (BDMs) and cross-functional teams to resolve credit matters and overdue accounts.
What You'll Bring
- AU Financial Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, specifically supporting Australian clients or entities. You must have a solid grasp of AU financial standards, GST compliance, and the "firm but fair" communication style required for the Australian market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience working within an ERP system.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts with a professional, customer-centric approach.
- Mindset: High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and the capacity to meet strict financial deadlines (especially during the June EOFY peak).
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience using NetSuite is highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with managing customer defaults through Australian credit agencies.
