We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Credit Investigator / Collector for a motorcycle financing company.

The Credit Investigator/Collector is responsible for conducting thorough credit investigations, background checks, and post-audit validations to determine client creditworthiness and ensure accurate information for loan approval. The role also includes monitoring customer accounts, conducting field collections, and managing delinquent accounts through follow-ups, demand letters, skip tracing, and repossession when necessary. This position plays a key role in supporting sales targets while ensuring compliance with credit and collection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credit Investigation

  2. Conduct credit investigation and background checking for prospective clients.

  3. Verify the authenticity, accuracy, and truthfulness of submitted client documents.
  4. Assess client creditworthiness and endorse findings for approval.
  5. Provide fast, complete, and reliable credit investigation results.
  6. Prepare and submit daily itinerary and gas receipts.
  7. Support the branch in achieving sales targets by recommending qualified borrowers based on company policy.
  8. Ensure compliance with Credit and Collection Standards, including credit procedures, customer qualification criteria, and delinquency protocols.

  9. Demonstrate strong work ethics - respect for co-workers, accountability, self-discipline, team-first mindset, and proactive daily work habits.

  11. Prepare customer profile reports by conducting post audits to validate approved account information.

  12. Monitor assigned customer accounts through review of payment status, aging reports, and account history.
  13. Visit clients at their residence or workplace to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment terms.
  14. Serve notice letters, demand letters, and notices of repossession as needed, ensuring proper documentation for potential case filing.
  15. Conduct skip tracing for hard-to-locate clients and initiate repossession and case filing for delinquent borrowers.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, high school/vocational graduate, or K–12 graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Preferably with experience in credit investigation and/or field collections (but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to work in the field and in assigned areas.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate clients professionally.
  • Familiarity with local routes and geographic areas.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Work Details:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work location: Motosiklos San Fernando located at #9 Gen. Hizon Ave. St. Brgy. Sta. Lucia, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
