DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct background checks and financial assessments on clients and new stores applying for credit terms.

Verify financial capacity, payment history, and business stability of credit applicants.

Conduct site visits and background verification when necessary.

Collect and assess necessary documents such as business permits, financial statements, bank references, Government ID's, Picture of Establishment or Store, Sketch of business location and owner's residential address.

Analyze creditworthiness and provide recommendations for approval, denial or adjustment of credit limits.

Monitor and assess existing credit customers' payment behavior to identify potential risks.

Manage and safeguard the petty cash fund, ensuring accurate and proper usage.

Process petty cash disbursement in accordance with company policies.

Maintain detailed records and documentation for all petty cash transactions.

Ensure timely liquidation of cash advances and require immediate remittance of unliquidated amounts.

Charge any shortages to the responsible employee and report unresolved issues to management.

If an employee frequently fails to liquidate advances or is short in liquidation, require them to submit a Notice to Explain (NTE) Memo and recommend necessary actions.

Conduct regular reconciliation of petty cash.

Ensure timely replenishment of the petty cash fund.

Issue and control all collectors receipt booklets for the sales and delivery teams.

Track and record the issuance and return of receipt booklets to prevent misuse.

Ensures receipt are properly documented and filed for auditing purposes.
