I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Position: Cadet Engineer

Department: Production

Work Location: Feedmix-Pulilan

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Senior Plant Supervisor

III. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Learn and document standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices in manufacturing.

  2. Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

  4. Take part in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing or process efficiency projects.

IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment: College graduate

Course: BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Requirements/Skills:

  • Has functional knowledge in manufacturing and production process
  • Has a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and strong numerical ability
  • Has strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify practical solutions
  • Has excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach to work
  • With good interpersonal skills and good moral character
