I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Position: Extruder Operator

Job Rank/Grade: Rank-and-file

Department: Production Department

Work Location: Feedmix – Pulilan

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Senior Plant Supervisor

III. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the efficient operation of the pelleting and extrusion system.

2. Start up and shut down equipment according to established procedures and safety protocols.

3. Controls the extrusion/pellet mill process to achieve quality standards.

4. Perform regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.

5. Responsible for the accomplishment and transmittal of extruder and pellet mill reports.

6. Do other duties as required by the Senior Plant Supervisor.

IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment: High school graduate or vocational course graduate

Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in operating extruder machines

Requirements/Skills:

• Knowledgeable in machine operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to shifting schedules
• Must be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment
