Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal controls
  • Coordinate and manage audits (internal and external)
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger
  • Manage financial risk and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Preferralbly Filipino/Chinese (But not required)
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of integrity
