We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer (QEA) to join our dynamic QA team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has grown from manual testing to automation and now has a strong interest in exploring AI-driven testing approaches. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test strategies across web, mobile, and API applications, while also contributing to our innovation efforts in AI-based testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Lead automation efforts using industry-standard tools (Selenium, Serenity, Cucumber, Playwright, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Write and execute SQL scripts for data validation and testing.
  • Conduct API testing using JSON, SOAP UI, or equivalent tools.
  • Explore, design, and showcase AI-based testing modules/projects to support innovation.
  • Mentor junior testers in manual, automation, and emerging AI testing practices.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering & Assurance.
  • Strong background in manual testing, with proven transition to automation testing.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI Testing (must showcase modules, projects, or personal work during client interview).
  • Proficiency in any programming language/framework (Java, C#, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple automation tools (Selenium, Serenity, Cucumber, Playwright, etc.).
  • Strong SQL scripting skills for data validation.
  • Experience in API Testing (JSON, SOAP UI) and integration testing.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile applications testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
