What will you do?

  • Commit to at least a 40-hour working week.
  • Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Architects, and Lead System Architects to understand requirements and translate them into robust test strategies.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee the execution of automated and manual tests to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Drive test automation coverage in regression, functional, performance, and integration testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, while ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
  • Ensure testing processes align with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to testing practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with new test automation tools, frameworks, and industry trends to strengthen team capabilities.
