JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Process Personnel Requisition form for Manpower Plotting.

  2. Respond to queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.

  3. Utilized advertising or posting of Job vacancies & and other recruitment schemes in sourcing applicants for vacant positions.

  4. Notifies qualified applicants of position availability

  5. Set a schedule for a final interview with COO & OM.

  6. Conduct initial interviews and endorse to HRO and other department heads for potential candidates.

  7. Subjects candidates for background investigation.

  8. Process job offers and monitor submission of pre-employment requirements of a newly hired employee.

  9. Facilitates onboarding process (Company policy orientation, evaluations after immersions, and documentation).

  10. Deploy successful applicants to the requesting department.

  11. File 201/202 maintenance

  12. Updates information on existing staff including newly hired.

  13. Process Personnel Advice of employees (clinic and support personnel)

  14. Contact relievers as needed by clinics/ mobile activity.

  15. Facilitates quarterly job evaluations and evaluations as scheduled after immersions and observing period.

  16. Process Saturday payroll of clinic employees, employees under immersion, Mobile On-call and panday payroll.

  17. Process and facilitate Exit interviews, Clearances for signature, Last Pay, COE, COC, and quitclaims of resigned employees.

  18. Prepare welcome greetings (Canva) of newly hired/on board employees.

  19. Actively support the HR team in each company activity headed by the units.

  20. Others analogous forgoing deemed necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS BA in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field

  • At least 1-year experience as Human Resource staff

  • Knows how to appear friendly yet formal to people

  • Familiar with any pre-employment testing materials or willing to be trained

  • Must be computer literate

  • Good oral and written communication
