Job Opening: Part-Time Digital Coordinator for Marketing Agency (with a chance to be promoted full-time depending on performance)

Location: Remote (Must be available 8 AM – 12 PM MST)

Salary: $400/month

We're a fast-moving digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Project Manager to join our team full-time. You'll manage day-to-day communications with clients (not strategy), make sure our team (writer, graphic designer, SEO specialist) hits deadlines, and keep projects on track.

What You'll Do:

Be the main point of contact for client updates, questions, and project communication (via email and Slack)

Create and assign tasks in Asana for writers and designers

Schedule social media posts

Create simple, informational posts when needed (no heavy creative writing)

Monitor project timelines and deliverables

Catch and flag mistakes before anything goes out

Help with lead gen tasks like sending LinkedIn connection requests

Be available and responsive during MST business hours

Must-Haves:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Clear, concise communicator — no fluff, just facts

Super organized, reliable, and deadline-driven

Proactive — you ask questions, anticipate needs, and don't wait to be told what to do

Fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly

Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality control

Experience with Asana (or a quick study if not)

Responsive — we need someone who stays on top of messages and tasks
