.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DUTIES:
- Handles clerical and administrative tasks to support staff and executives, including managing calendars and meetings, organizing files and corresponding drafting documents and reports, and maintaning office supplies and databases.
 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication.
 - Organizational and multitasking skill.
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and several office equipment.
 - Experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
 - Time management.
