Overview We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's presence across Instagram and Facebook, manage email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo and create engaging content and copy. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled in content creation and adept at fostering community engagement to drive organic growth
Key Responsibilities Instagram ● Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan, schedule, and publish posts to maintain a consistent and engaging presence ● Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong relationships with followers ● Organic Growth: Interact with other profiles and accounts to increase reach and follower base organically ● Reels & Video Content: Create and edit Reels, including montages, text overlays, and short-form videos to align with brand goals
Facebook ● Posting & Engagement: Schedule and publish posts, and engage lightly with the audience to maintain an active presence
Content Creation & Copywriting ● Captions & Ad Copy: Write compelling captions, ad copy, newsletter subject lines, and titles that emphasize engaging, value-driven messaging (beyond discount-focused content ● Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and objectives
Email Marketing (Klaviyo) ● Newsletter Management: Plan, create, and send newsletters that align with brand promotions, events, and the marketing calendar ● Visual Creation: Design simple visuals for newsletters using Canva to enhance email content
Tools & Platforms ● Social Media: Instagram, Facebook ● Email Marketing: Klaviyo ●Design: Canva (for basic graphic design tasks
Qualifications ● 3 - 5 years experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts, including content creation and community engagement ● Strong video editing skills for creating Reels and short-form content ● Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on value-driven messaging ● Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms ● Proficiency in Canva for creating basic visuals ● Highly organized, creative, and able to work independently to meet deadlines ● Strong understanding of social media trends and strategies to grow organic reach
